Registration Fees
First of all, you have to create an account and accept the terms of use of the registration site. Once logged in, you will be able to register by following the link My Congress. There, please select the type of registration, introduce the billing information, and complete the payment.

Registration fees are expressed in Euro. Early bird rates applicable if paid until July 15th, 2025.

Payment Confirmation Notifications will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully.
The registration fees include VAT. Please note that all delegates are required to pay the Italy VAT (22%) on the registration fee. If you are from an EU country, please kindly contact your tax authority for more information about VAT refunds.
NOTE: On-site registration is available only for non-presenting attendees and incurs an additional fee of 60€ (total fee 680 €). Participation in the gala dinner is not guaranteed.
